Investment Readiness Program

The Investment Readiness Program (IRP) which is a part of the Ready2Scale Acceleration Program, is a dynamic initiative designed to empower digital and deep tech (DDT) startups in advancing toward scalable success. Startups will engage in personalized 1:1 mentoring sessions and collaborative group trainings tailored to foster growth within their respective industries. Led by seasoned investors and expert venture builders drawn from a curated mentor pool, these sessions will offer invaluable insights and best practices crucial for navigating the complexities of scaling a digital and deep tech business.

The 90min online group trainings, will include keynote presentations, Q&A segments, and interactive workshops, providing participants with opportunities to connect with multiple mentors, present their business ideas and tackle challenges. Topics covered in these sessions will be meticulously tailored to address the specific needs of DDT startups that were mapped in the beginning of the program, encompassing vital areas such as fundraising, pitching strategies, product development, customer validation, Go-to-Market strategies, and scaling methodologies.

The Investment Readiness Program will also offer individualized 1:1 mentoring, comprising a series of six meetings held over a span of three months. Each startup will be paired with a mentor selected from the pool based on their expertise in the technology, application, target market, or relevant business functions pertinent to the startup’s goals. This matchmaking process will be guided by a comprehensive needs assessment conducted by the consortium, ensuring alignment between the startup’s objectives and the mentor’s capabilities. 

Through these personalized engagements, startups will receive tailored guidance, support, and strategic direction to address their unique challenges and milestones, ultimately positioning them for sustainable growth and investment readiness.
