Ready2Scale Acceleration Program
The Ready2Scale Acceleration Program is a 6-month growth journey for 25 Digital and Deep tech startups! Selected startups will get access to investment readiness training, financial support of 60k EUR and access to other funding opportunities, including through the EIC and other European programs and tailored development plans to overcome challenges.

Eligible startups:
- Digital and deep tech start-ups.
- The financing is granted for legal persons only.
- At least one full-time employee.
- Not in a liquidation or bankruptcy process.
- Based in an EU Member State or an eligible non-EU country, including Associated Countries.
- TRL5 or higher
- At least one of the following criteria:
- – be digital and deep tech start-ups that have received support from the EIC for supporting their scaleup process in Europe
- – digital and deep tech startups not yet supported by the EIC, that have already received private investment or EU funding (e.g., under Horizon Europe or the Digital Europe program)
Grant up to 60k EUR
A total of 15 startups in the 1st Batch and 10 startups in the 2nd Batch will receive funding. Financial support within Ready2Scale Acceleration Program will be provided in three categories:
- Traveling budget up to 5000 € lump sum to cover travel costs for attending startup events, or presenting business solutions globally.
- Expertise budget up to 5000 € lump sum for individual consultations on scaling challenges, covering costs of service providers delivering needed support.
- Product development up to 50 000 € lump sum covers necessary software or hardware, development expenses, prototyping services, raw materials, online presence maintenance, and visiting incubator or challenge owner facilities for product piloting.
Mentoring sessions
The Ready2Scale Acceleration Program offers startups access to an international pool of coaches, advisors, and mentors for mentoring sessions. Through structured mentoring sessions, startups receive invaluable insights and tailored advice to navigate challenges and accelerate their growth journey effectively.

Investment Readiness Program
The Investment Readiness Program aims to enhance the fundraising capacity of the startups by providing tailored know-how on becoming investment ready. Unlike generic programs, selected startups in the Ready2Scale Acceleration Program receive individualized development plans addressing their specific challenges, ensuring focused support aligned with their needs.

Market Discovery Missions
The program supports 25 startups in exploring new markets and ecosystems, facilitating their scaling process and market entry. It involves designing a common framework for Market Discovery Missions and organizing 4-5 missions in selected countries. Startups can choose which missions to attend based on their needs and target markets. Each mission includes 2 days of training on local business culture and market specifics, followed by 2 days of tailored stakeholder meetings. Preparation includes 5 group mentoring sessions focusing on strategy design and market analysis. The outcome includes establishing partner networks and overcoming foreign ecosystem barriers.

Ready2Scale Academy
Empowering startups for success, the Ready2Scale Acceleration Program meticulously organizes a series of essential workshops and training tailored to their needs. From curated online sessions covering crucial topics such as EIC opportunities to interactive workshops, startups gain invaluable knowledge and skills essential for their growth journey. Through this comprehensive approach, the Ready2Scale Acceleration Program equips participants with the tools and insights necessary to thrive in the competitive landscape.

Future Founders Club
